We all know that Nya Bliss has quite the social calendar. Well, it looks like Iylah is not too far behind. We had a play date with Iylah's buddies (Jackson and Cayden) last week. Stacy and Erin are my girlfriends from high school and Jackson and Cayden are their babies. Iylah has some super cute friends!

It is about TIME!

OKay, so we all know that Iylah is not quite the prodigy baby that Nya was. Nya was the first child so she got all the attention in the world. I do work with Iylah but there is really not enough time in the day to dedicate as much time as I did with Nya. I was getting a bit concerned because she was NOT sitting up, AT ALL. WELL...SHE IS FINALLY SITTING UP ALL BY HERSELF WITH NO HELP AT ALL. I am very happy because she was going to be scrutinized by the pediatrician at her 9 month check up if she was not sitting up alone by then. She will be 8 months old in 2 days so we beat the clock, phew! Here are some pictures to prove it...

it has been awhile

Sorry I have not been posting much. I feel like it has been real busy around here but I cannot really pin point why that is. Here are some recent pictures of the kids. Iylah loves the net thingy. I put fruit, veggies and other yummy things in it and she just loves it. Nya is always sooo easy to get a great picture of, as you can see.

Hello

So the kids have been super-duper sick. They both had the flu but Nya was able to take an anti-viral medication so she got better real fast. Poor Iylah has been fighting the flu for about 9 straight days. That means no sleeping, no eating, lots of crying and real high fevers. She is doing better now but we are not quite 100% just yet. Since she had RSV everything goes straight into her lungs and causes trouble with her breathing. She is a trooper but this has been a very long week, for everyone!
