On the way home from the beach, we stopped at my mom's to let the kids have a swim (and a "drink")! Oh yeah, and if you are wondering if Owen is okay from the trampoline picture...he was fine!

Beach trip

My friend Suzie and I took the kids (Nya, Iylah, Sebastian, Owen) to my friend Ingrid's beach house in Ponce Inlet. Ingrid had her son Leif (5 months) there as well. We had a great time and the kids made a ton of "childhood memories"! Here are the pictures to prove it! By the way, my friend Suzie will be so mad if she sees the picture of Sebastian showing of his "extreme talent" (tongue picking nose) but I think it is worthy of documentation!

Slow dancing as Jazz Fest

Nya Bliss was "slow dancing" with her friends Stefan and Sebastian. It was the cutest thing that you have ever seen. The boys had to wrestle with each other for a solid 20 minutes afterwards to get the "calmness" out of their system. Nya met this little girl (Ashley) at the festival and it was like they had been best friends for years. I love how kids can do that.

The Winter Park Art Festival

We went to the Winter Park Art Festival the Sunday. They had a whole entire arts and craft section for the kids. Nya and her buddies made a stained glass plate, a painting and marble art. It was so fun, until they all started to have a melt down at the same time.

Iylah baby

Iylah is really at that stage where she interacts and acts silly. She thinks Nya Bliss is the funniest person on the planet (I sort of agree)!

Aquatica

Took the kids to Aquatica today. Thank goodness Malory and Lauren joined us because they escorted Nya Bliss all day!

Clapping

These pictures are the best I could get of Iylah's latest accomplishment...clapping!!! She claps when you say "clap Iylah" or if you say "Yeah for Iylah".

Everyday is better than the last...

I have decided that my children have the best life ever. Everyday is something new and fun that revolves around them in some way or the other. Nya has quite the circle of firends these days. The cute little blond boy is her best boy buddy-Sebastian. They play so well together and they are so funny. The other girls are of course Lilly and the one with the adorable dimples is her friend Daven. They were necklace beading. We had about 7 kids at our house today, for no reason other than to play with Nya...

We had a fun pool day with Iylah's friends (Jackson and Cayden). Nya Bliss was also there with her buddies too but she is much more mobile and more difficult to get pictures of. As you can see, Iylah is going to be a water baby just like here sister. Shhh, nobody tell Iylah that her big sister was swimming the length of the pool whe she was Iylah's age.

The Beach

We took the girls to the beach today. They had best time! The weather was 75 and breezy and the kids just played for hours and hours. Iylah was fine in the little baby tent and she loves watching the girls run all around. The big girls flew kites, dug holes, played chase, threw the frisbee, built castles and swam. There was a real nice, warm tide pool so I took the baby in and she just splashed and had a great time. Oh yeah, by the way, this was Iylah first beach trip ever!
