Nya: (in the car on the way home from my mom's house) "Mommy, is mom gonna get the swine flu?"
Mommy: "I hope not, why are you asking that?"
Nya: "Because she drinks so much WINE!"

Nya: "Mommy, can I have a red marker?"
Mommy: "Why do you need a red marker?"
Nya: "Because I need to be an artist and artists like to use red markers!"

Mommy: "You need to come take all your vitamins or you are going to get sick."
Nya: "I like to be sick because then I can vomit in my bed and then I can come into your bed."
Mommy: "Oh no your not!"

Cheese Puffs

Thank goodness Whole Foods makes "cheetos" because Iylah is a huge fan!!! Those organic cheetos allow me to shower, vacuum, even wash the dog on occasion. Look how cute my Nya Bliss looks in her new "daisy princess" outfit.

Funny Baby

Iyla has discovered that she LOVES lemons. This is great because they are always readily available at just about every restaurant. Nya always loved them as a baby too! The picture of Nya in front of the huge guitar was at the Lake Eola Art and Music festival for kids!

Field day continued...

Field Day

Nya Bliss had field day today at her school. She was really into it and since I know everyone is going to ask why she is not wearing the school shirt (purple)...Do you know my daughter??? She would have never let me put her in that shirt. She thinks all t-shirts are "for boys".

WHAT?

I like Iylah's face here. She is like "WHAT???..I am just clapping over here!" Is it possible for babies to already know how to do the "fake smile"???

Swimming class

So the girls and I started swim lessons with the babies. There are 5 of us moms total (Me-Iylah, Stacy-Jax, Erin-Cayden, Michelle-Carson and Ingrid-Leif). There is one more girl in the picture but we do not know her. The other pictures are of Miss Nya making Cayden laugh. Cayden thinks Nya is so funny and I kind of have to agree with her on that one.

Again with the face painting...

Nya got her face painted...AGAIN! This time at a friend's birthday party. The pictures were taken about 2 minutes apart. She was wiped out, I wonder why???

Beach party!

Okay, so this post needs a lot of explanation. My good friend Suzie is the most awesome mom EVER (and I really mean that Suz)! She planned the most amazing birthday beach bash ever for her boys Sebastian and Owen. I am going to have to describe every picture because there were activities like...Zinc face painting, kite flying, LIMBO, treasure hunting and the biggest success was the trench/moat/volcano/mountain that all the dads built. The dads dug out a huge moat and the kids made it their little retreat, they jumped off it and dug in it, ran around it and whatever else you can do in a huge trench, they did it! So here we go...

Iylah was a bit grumpy towards the end but she had fun as long as she was being held. Erika and Karl met us there because we were doing a BBQ and sleepover at my house that night. Nya and Lilly both got their faces painted. By the way - How cute is that little Will?
