"I dancin' Mama"
She could see her reflection in the glass door. She thought she had a little partner, it was hilarious!

A little bit of everything...
I have been taking pictures at all of our fun little events these past few weeks. First we had Nya's Spring Fling at school, then a wonderful bbq at the Dold's with all of our friends, and some silly sister's on the back porch, and then we went to the resort where Seba and Owen had their party and we kicked it pool side with some of our best buddies. Take a look!!!

My Beauty Baby...
random-ness
Updates

I have plans to do a big photo shoot of Leila Sky tomorrow, she will be 8 weeks old. I am hoping to leave Iyla with Jan (who is back to help for the week) and take only Leila to capture her fleeting little newborn status. I am hoping that everything turns out as good in person as it is looking in my head. In the mean time, here are some pictures that I have been meaning post. The one of Leila is on her very first day of life. She looks so new and teeny.

Busy, busy, busy...
So this post will be pretty random. We have been very busy these days. We had our first pool party of the spring, fed some "bunnies" in the spirit of easter, had some fun play dates at the park, celebrated Alejandro's 2nd birthday and even had our first outside play date in our new great backyard (which is basically a giant cul-de-sac)!

Funny kids!
I am getting the hang of this three-kid business. I have gotten my "OH MY GOD, DID I FORGET THE BABY AT HOME" moments to only about 3-4 a day. Let me clarify, I have never ACTUALLY forgotten the baby at home (or anywhere) but I have moments where I cannot remember carrying her out to the car in the mad dash to take or pick up Nya from school. SO, we are getting that under control. We are hoping for good news about Leila's hips in the next few weeks so we can avoid the possibility of casting her. As much as I wish she had nothing wrong with her hips, I am aware that things could be much, MUCH worse than this. So we are taking it day by day. Nya and I have been watching the Discovery series "Life" and I do think I might have the makings of a future photo journalist on my hands. She is very into the ways that these moments were captured and how long it must have taken to get some of these shots. All very interesting through the eyes of a 5 year old.
